Our breakfast and afternoon snack selections are made from entirely organic products whenever possible. As of October 2009 we are using "certified organic" yogurt, milk, chocolate chips, pure maple syrup, oatmeal, unbleached flour, canola and olive oils, spices, herbs, fruits* and vegetables*   We also use

eggs that come from chickens who are "cage-free and vegetarian-fed.”  We are also incorporating organic nuts and

seeds into our snack mixes whenever

we are able.
