Rates & Policies Rates:
- Rates range from $129 to $179 depending on the day of the week, season, holidays and length of your stay. Most of the rates listed here are programmed into our Reservation Software (weekdays are programmed with just the single night stay price, so call for a multi-night stay rate or if a "special rate" would apply) with the exception of some packages and various discounts. Since all amenities offered are similar, there is no variation in pricing among our rooms. BASIC RATES* for AUTUMN thru FEBRUARY: $149 per night for a 2-night weekend* & $159 for a single weekend night when available; $129 per night* Sunday through Thursday. MARCH thru APRIL, weekend rates remain the same and weekdays are $139 per night. *Rates may vary for holiday weeks/weekends Call for special pricing for groups and for stays of four+ nights and also check out our Specials page for various specials throughout the season. Please call us to make a reservation on the "day of" rather than booking online -- although we check reservations frequently, we want to be able to give you the best service possible. - Online Gift Certificates are accepted (Bed&Breakfast.com/BnBFinder.com) at time of booking (at least 1 week prior to reservation date) Room rate will be quoted at the time reservation is made -- please call to make a gift certificate reservation. - Call for rates for stays over four nights or when reserving the entire inn. - City tax (3.721%) will be added to the total. - There is a two-night minimum on weekends beginning in May and continuing through October. Holidays and special local event weekends also require a minimum 2-night stay year-round. During High Season, with a few exceptions, the Bungalow room IS available to reserve for a one-night stay on weekends. - We are available to answer questions or take reservations any time between 10 am - 8 pm Mountain Standard Time FYI: We are ALWAYS on Mountain Standard Time! You can make an online reservation Any Time or send us an email and we will respond to it in 24 hours or less. - Breakfast Details* for Weekdays During November through April A lovely basket breakfast is delivered to your room each morning of your stay at 8:30 a.m. The basket contains a decanter of orange juice (freshly squeezed February - mid-April,) a carafe of a hot beverage of your choice, homemade baked selection and either a fresh fruit bowl or parfaits with yogurt, homemade granola and fruit. - Breakfast Details* for Weekends (year-round) and Weekdays mid-April through October * Special dietary needs can be accommodated if we know in advance of your stay; i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten or dairy free - Details: - Conifer House is a non-smoking inn both inside and out. We really appreciate it when our guests respect our policies and don't ask us to make exceptions. - Although the innkeepers LOVE children, they have designed it with couples in search of a romantic retreat and cannot accommodate the little ones. - We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets. We can certainly help you find a local kennel that can. Check out these local kennels: CanyonPetResort.com or FlagstaffCentral.com Gas Fireplaces in the rooms are usually operational from October through mid-May depending on the weather. - Arrival Time: Check -in is between 4 and 6 p.m. - please call with an approximate time if at all possible, and definitely if you need to arrive later. Earlier or later check-ins will be gladly acc ommodated when possible -- please call ahead to arrange an arrival time. - Check-out Time: Check out is by 11:00 a.m. - Deposit Information: A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total stay (or entire amount of a one-night stay) needs to be paid to Conifer House two weeks prior to your arrival date. This can be done by personal check, travelers' checks, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover) or debit card with a Visa or MC logo. Balance, if any, is then due upon arrival. If you would like to make a reservation for a time period that is less than 7 days out, please give us a call at the toll-free phone number for faster service. - Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us 7 days* before your scheduled reservation to avoid the cost of your lodging; if you have made a deposit, it will be refunded to you less a $15 administration fee or you can transfer your entire deposit to a gift certificate. If you cannot let us know before the 7 day* window, you will be responsible for your first night's lodging unless the innkeeper can re-rent your room. This is unless weather prohibits your trip to the Flagstaff area. Regardless, you must notify the innkeeper even if it is obvious that weather would be a factor. *Cancellation period changes to 14 days for holidays and local events. Thanks! Directions to 1701 West Stevanna Way: From the south*, take I-17 north to Flagstaff. As you enter the city, the interstate becomes Milton Rd. Stay in the left lane. After a couple of miles, Milton curves east and becomes Route 66. After it curves you will turn left at the very next street which is Humphreys Street. Proceed north on this street up the hill until you come to the light at the intersection of Humphreys and Ft. Valley Road/Route 180. Turn left and you will go approx. a mile and a half. (You will pass a Chevron on your right, and at this point you are 1.1 miles from the turn onto Stevanna Way. This is very helpful when it is dark!!!) When you pass the Pioneer Museum with the large steam engine & train cars on your right (you may not be able to see this if you are arriving after dark), the very next left will be Stevanna Way. We are the 5th house on your left. Please proceed down the driveway to the rear parking area unless you are reserved in the Chelsea Garden room which parks in the one space in fromt of the inn. *From the east or west take I-40 to Exit 195 North and go north into Flagstaff -- the exit puts you on Milton Road -- then follow same directions as above.
